Babak Momen

For my internship placement at Aston University I have been working as a Business Development Manager for a charity based in Birmingham.

So far, I have introduced the team to agile work processes such as scrum, implemented project management software to effectively track work by the team, developed a yearly budget for the ‘Grow A Future’ campaign in Guyana, sourced grant funding and liaised with the Agriculture Minister of Guyana amongst others to further develop relationships for the project.
