Action for Race Equality
We are delighted to announce that we will be partnering with the Action for Race Equality organisation (ARE) to support individuals affected by the Windrush scandal, to make successful applications to the Windrush scheme.
The Windrush Justice Programme is a three-year programme of support launched in June 2022, by national charity, Action for Race Equality, for organisations providing vital advocacy services to those impacted by the Windrush Scandal.
Its vision is of a society where our communities are free from structural barriers and free to reach their full potential.
BMET College
Genisys ARCt has established a lasting partnership with BMET College, strategically collaborating to recruit and engage student volunteers within our organisation. BMET College serves as a ally in our mission to provide meaningful work placement opportunities volunteering.
Together with BMET, we actively seek out students eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our initiatives through volunteering. Through this collaboration, we aim to not only provide valuable learning opportunities but also to empower young talents to make a positive impact within our community.
Moreover, our collaboration extends beyond recruitment efforts. We recently participated in a live brief session where an assignment was presented focusing on enhancing the presence of Genisys ARCt. This interactive session provided a platform for brainstorming and creative ideation, enabling participants to explore innovative ways to elevate our organisation’s visibility and impact.

Genisys ARCt has partnered with Aston University to recruit third-year placement students for work experience, solidifying our commitment to fostering connections with academic institutions.
With a track record of assisting Aston University students in securing placements, our partnership focuses on providing invaluable opportunities for budding professionals.
Through this collaboration, students seeking work placement at Genisys ARCt can expect a supportive environment to apply their academic knowledge, gain practical experience, and develop into competent professionals.
We anticipate further collaboration and mutual growth as we continue to strengthen our partnership with Aston University.

Ashrith Management Services is a business that has been focusing and investing in key technologies as well as partnering with the best global businesses in the given sector. They ensure the best staffing solutions and payroll management.
They operate in India and UK but are also expanding to several other areas such as Europe and North America. Ashrith Management have been working Genisys ARCt to help us with getting more charity workers to help us in our current and future projects.
We’ve been able to get more assistance on projects such as the One Fest Careers fair as well as the Windrush Justice Programme.
Our charity workers help us spread awareness of our events and projects by going to colleges, universities and local communities raising awareness of our projects.
