Our Team

Hyacinth Shirley-McLaughlin
Chief Executive of Genisys ARCt
I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Genisys ARCt, established in 2015 to break down barriers to employment and empower migrant communities across the UK , Guyana and South America.
My professional journey spans a wide range of senior leadership and regional management roles within public sector services and community initiatives. Since moving to the UK, I have managed programmes and campaigns in collaboration with the British Armed Forces, the West Midlands Fire and Police Service, the National Blood Service, and the Home Office’s Connecting Communities projects. These experiences have shaped my belief that meaningful employment and a sense of belonging are essential to building stronger, more resilient communities.
Through Genisys ARCt, I am committed to applying everything I have learned combining strategic vision, community engagement, and cultural understanding to create opportunities that help individuals thrive and realise their potential. I believe that when people gain pride in themselves, they inspire pride in their communities, laying the foundation for lasting social and economic progress.
This is the mission that drives me every day. This is Genisys ARCt.
