about us
Welcome to Genisys ARCt, a charity committed to changing the inequalities faced by migrant communities. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Birmingham, UK, we are on a mission to alleviate poverty and empower individuals through targeted interventions and support services.
Our Plans
Our mission is ‘to reduce poverty by eliminating barriers to employment and bridging the gaps between job seekers and employers in the UK and Guyana, South America.
OUR MAIN GOALS
We want to remove the barriers to employment and improve the economic stability of migrants in the UK and Guyana, South America.
Through our comprehensive range of initiatives, including advice, support, employment services, consultancy and community projects, we’re creating pathways to prosperity for those in need.
Our work is driven by the understanding that people from diverse backgrounds often encounter challenges accessing essential services and opportunities due to factors such as language barriers, limited education, and training. By addressing these obstacles head-on, we aim to foster inclusivity and enable all members of migrant communities to thrive.
Our work in South America
As well as our work in the UK, we’re actively engaged in raising awareness of critical issues such as mental health, vector-borne diseases, domestic abuse, and poverty in Guyana, South America.
Through education, advocacy, and community outreach, we seek to create lasting change and improve the well-being of individuals and families in the region.
Join us in our mission to create a more equitable society where every individual can fulfil their potential and lead a dignified life. Together, we can make a difference.
