Our Team

Hyacinth Shirley-McLaughlin

Chief Executive of Genisys ARCt

My experience stems from working within government departments and services in the UK and my earlier years in Guyana, South America.

Since coming to the UK, I’ve worked as a Regional Manager for the British Armed Forces, and the West Midlands Fire and Police Service. I have supported several campaigns as regional manager for the National Blood Service and Home Office’s ‘Connecting Communities’ projects.

I aim to combine everything I’ve learned in my career and use that knowledge to support the greater cause of helping people thrive and grow within local communities.

This is how we allow people to be equally proud of themselves and their communities.
